Famous all over the state of Minnesota Eric, our Master Butcher, has been with us for over 20 years. Sentyrz sausages are created in house, from scratch, according to our own recipes. We use natural casings and only the finest ingredients. Sentyrz also features Angus beef and naturally raised chicken without antibiotics.

This is a delightful little Pinot Noir from Oregon, my favorite Pinot after burgundy. Loads of bing cherry, cinnamon and a touch of smoke make this the perfect steak night wine.

Chinon is Cabernet Frank in its rustic glory. This is a big chewy wine that would work perfectly with a roast or porterhouse steak. This wine comes across as a much more expensive wine than it actually is.

One of my favorite wines in the store by a mile. All Nebiolo and wow, what a wine! This little wine is what did not go into their Barlo program. The quality is over the top. Baking spices, plums, currents and a wonderful floral finish. Great with Oso Buco.

The best New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc in the store by far! The guys that make this wine used to work at Cloudy Bay. More European than New World in its flavor yet it still has the nose attributed to Marlborough. This would be great with mussels and garlic butter.
